I have had several costly bad experiences in the past with hair extensions however still dream of having lovely long hair.
I decided to give it one more try and started doing a LOT of research on the internet which is where I found Tatianas website.
I emailed her some questions and sent the same to a few other salons, one in particular is one of her main competitors.
Tatiana replied within less than an hour even though she was out of the country on Holiday, she was kind and friendly and answered all of my questions with patience.
The other salons eventually replied over a week later with very general responses which they must send out as standard.
I have made an appointment to have my extensions fitted in the London salon in March and every time I come up with another silly question and email her, Tatiana answers promptly and kindly and always gives me the honest answer.
I am making a round trip of over 340 miles to have the extensions fitted at Tatianas London Salon, something I would not even consider doing if I had any doubt she and her team would not make sure I am looked after.
Already the service from other salons looks poor compaired to Tatiana and I am certain once I have my wonderful new long hair I will be back on here to tell you!
Thanks for being so sweet and answering all my emails Tatiana, cant wait to get my new hair in March and hopefully cuddle some Chihuahuas too!

Tatiana, is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. She always has time for her customers, i class her as a friend, even though i only visit her for my extentions.
I suggest you work on your issues, because you certainly seem to have many - unless you have something helpful or nice to say - keep your nasty comments to yourself. |

I had a full head of 18 inch hair extensions put in. I went from glum looking to glam by the time I left. I love it, my husband loves it and so do my friends. With regard Tatiana and her team of girls, they are not only very professional, but absolutely lovely and look after their clients well. I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone. |

I returned to Tatiana to have another head of 16 inch Russian Hair. It is such a treat to visit her in the Salon, a stones throw away from the tube. Today was the best day I have had in a long time. This time last year I had long hair and with a few months I had choped of all my hair and went short. The biggest mistake I had ever made. My hair looks so natural and I am so happy with it.
Infact I was stopped by a woman in the street this week who asked me how I had managed to grow my hair so long in such good condition! She couldn't believe it when I told her that it wasn't real and that I had hair extensions.
I have tried out lots of hair extension systems over the last 5 years including racoon and Tatiana's top them all. The quality of the hair and the sytem used is brilliant!

I had my very short bob transformed into the most amazing hair extentions one could ever hope for. It's now day three and i can not explain how great they make me feel, Tatiana, you are so gifted in what you do.. Anyone thinking of having hair extentions, just book in with Tatiana, no need to ring any one else !!!. I didn't even have a consultation, just sent in pictues of my coloured hair. Travelled from Warwickshire I was wary of what i would look like. But love them so much. You don't even feel like your wearing them and the hair match is truely amazing. I now have hair all the way down my back for the first time in my life. I love them.

My sister recommended Tatiana to me as she had extensions a while back. Tatiana did my hair extensions last week. Everyone has commented on how lovely they look. Some people have said they would never have a clue it was not my real hair. I had my extensions done back in December. They were fantastic! None fell out and I treated them exactly the same way I treat my own hair. They looked amazing and lasted 4 months! The beauty of the micro-rings is that when they grow out far enough to start being noticable, you can get your boyfriend to take them out for you with a pair of pliers!! I still have my ponytail just in case I fancy having them put back in again!! If I did, Tatiana would be the person I ask to do it. x |

Tatiana did my new extensions on Saturday and has done an AMAZING job! The hair looks great, the micro ring bonds are 100x better than glue - so much smaller, lighter and completley un-noticeable. I have so far had three sets of extensions with Tatiana, and having tried other extension methods in the past, all I can say is Tatiana's are by far the best. The hair is soft and of wonderful quality, and the bindings so small they are virtually indiscernable. I would recommend Tatiana to anyone seeking to improve the appearance of their hair. Tatiana has been doing extensions for me for 2 years and Im very happy with my extansions and her work.Im using extansions for 5 years and i have tryed many other hair saloons but tatiana is the best one.She is friendly ,kind and very successfull in her work.you will not have any problems with extansions anymore. |

I've had my hair done for a while now and still not a single bt of hair has fallen out, ive had tons of people comment on my hair and they are all surprised when i tell the its extensions, even in my fringe. i definatly recommend tatiana, shes also very lovely and friendly and i will definatly be seeing her again when my hair extensions finally need changing. |

I haven´t had the pleasure to get hair extensions by Tatiana but I was lucky enough to have her as a workmate for a year in a well-known London beauty salon. During that time she was an example of professionalism and the most popular and wanted hair technician among a very demanding clientele. She got to be, not a mere workmate, but a lovely friend who always delights everyone with a board smile and a smashing sense of humour. |

I've tried many different extensionists and Tatiana is by far the best! She colour matches exactly, gives you what you want- and i'm a total convert to the microring method- undetectable and no shedding. Would reccomend to anyone. |

So glad i found Tatiana.. my hair extensions look fab.. i've got hi-lighted hair & she matched the colour up perfectly.. even my hairdresser (who used to do extensions herself)said they were the best she'd seen.. she also said that if i hadn't told her i'd had extensions & she didn't know me, she said she would've thought my hair was naturally long.. thats how good they are...not only is she great at doing extensions, she's lovely to chat with & is one of the girls.. |

I am so pleased with the hair extensions, the process was quick and easy and Tatiana made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I have had the extensions in for a month now and have shed no hair whatsoever and treat them exactly how I treat my own hair, couldn't be more pleased with them, I was reluctant about getting hair extensions before I had these done and had looked at various different systems like the glue and weft system which put me off, but this is the best that I have seen and would recommend Tatiana to everybody. |

I'd had hair extensions before but lost contact with the girl who had put them in so I found Tatiana on google and have never looked back. Tatiana's work is excellent and this is the happiest I've been with my extensions. Not only is she efficiant and reasonable priced it's lovely to be in her company. I was thoroughly pleased with the hair extentions Tatiana used. It was a quick and easy process and Tatianas company soon passed the time by. My extensions lasted 3 months and none fell out loosely within that time. Every time I think about putting hair extensions in my hair I always go to Tatiana as the standard of hair is fantastic and keeps well with hardly any dry or split ends.
